Quest to Know

I am a curious marketing and design professional with a 20-year portfolio of success combining solid marketing and design fundamentals with current technologies and best practices to improve bottom line revenue and establish effective strategy. For more in-depth information on my work history, please download my résumé.

I effectively translate business offerings and complex concepts into compelling messaging that creates prospect and customer engagement, increasing sales opportunities and customer retention. I continually work to optimize processes, shorten timelines, and improve sales enablement and product adoption. Dedicated to delivering the best results for the lowest cost in the least amount of time.

In the end, I let my passion and inherent personality characteristics tell me where to go, what to do next, and how to do it. Over the years, I have taken three personality assessments, and I am happy to say, they have been very consistent. These are the traits you will be able to count on from me:

  • Learner: I enjoy the process of learning as a goal unto itself, but I need to see the objectively measurable outcome of it. I am truly passionate about passing on my knowledge to others as a leader, coach or mentor.
  • Problem Solver: Because I’m curious, I enjoy new challenges that come from intriguing problems and the opportunity to discover new and innovative solutions. I pair this with an innate ability to simplify complexity and find solid solutions to real-life problems. I will then go the extra mile to fix the problem or see something made whole.
  • Strategist: I am able to see the big picture and my curiosity serves as a constant source of new information and experiences. These provide inputs for creating a long-term vision. I can then apply long-term solutions to current problems.
  • Analyst: I generally see many paths to the final goal and my analytical mind not only helps me choose the most efficient one, but I am able to deliver results that are relevant for the long-term objective. This means that, though I can provide off-the-cuff answers, I prefer to thoroughly assess and calculate my commitments before agreeing to them.
  • Relator: I enjoy working hard with friends to achieve a goal. I want to get to know people and understand the things that make them feel motivated and special. My hope is always to build strong relationships that hold a team together and make it greater than the sum of its parts.

Traits I think of as my support system, that I leverage on a more situational basis, rather than daily, include:

  • Thinker
  • Self-Believer
  • Storyteller
  • Brainstormer
  • Coach
