In the days of yesteryear social media was just that – a way to socialize. Then someone realized you could monetize it; use it to drive traffic, drive awareness and leads and to engage and build relationships. Suddenly, social media was a “thing”.
Today, no marketing team is complete without an expert in social media. The skill might be rolled up into a generalist like I am, or it might be a specialization. Either way, you’ve got to have someone out there managing your reputation and leveraging your communities. I can be that person.
